We are Temporarily Closed!

Following the Government’s most recent announcement, our Clinics will be temporarily closed until the next official review on the 15th of February.

We will still be providing phone consultations for all treatments during this period from all our clinics.

If your laser hair removal package has been affected throughout this year, we will assess your results at the end of your package and deliver extra sessions where necessary.

Customers who pre-paid directly with us can be reassured that they are booking their treatments with an established business they can trust. 

Pulse Light Clinic has successfully delivered 90% of all the pre-paid treatments booked before and during the previous lockdowns. We will continue to honour all the purchased treatments in our clinics under any circumstances, whilst through the government guidelines.

If your laser hair removal package has been affected throughout this year, we will assess your results at the end of your package and deliver extra sessions where necessary. In addition to this, if you have pre-paid your treatment and you want to cancel because of UK government public health measures then you can also receive a full refund*.

*Refunds Policy: Normal refunds must be completed within 14 days of purchase and before the first session is carried out. No refunds are available for discounted packages or treatments.
